Integrative Therapist and Counsellor in London and Online

My approach

I am an integrative therapist, supporting clients to navigate anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment difficulties, low confidence, life transitions and trauma recovery.

I also work thoughtfully with more entrenched patterns, including codependency, people-pleasing, self-criticism and shame. Together, we can begin to understand how these patterns may have developed, how they continue to shape your relationships and sense of self, and how you might move towards greater freedom and self-worth.

My aim is to create a calm, reflective and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly, think honestly, and begin to trace the emotional patterns, beliefs and experiences that shape your inner life.

Why Seek Therapy?

Many of the people who come to therapy with me are used to holding things together on the outside. Inside, however, they may feel exhausted, anxious, disconnected or quietly overwhelmed.

They are functioning — but something underneath doesn’t feel right.

This may show up as anxiety, stress, low confidence, self-doubt, people-pleasing or a sense of not being good enough. It can also appear as the painful recognition that the same patterns keep repeating in relationships, work or family life.

Therapy is a deeply transformative process where we can begin making sense of these experiences. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we can explore what may be happening beneath them, including past experiences, relationship patterns, and emotional needs. In this way, you can find deeper self-understanding and a stronger sense of choice in how you live and connect with others.
